Join WSD at the 2026 Winnipeg Pride Parade

Date: Sunday, June 7, 2025
Rally Start: 10:00 AM – Manitoba Legislative Building steps
Muster Point: 10:30 AM Memorial Park. Look for WSD Pride Flags and school banners.
Parade Time: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Route: Memorial Park to the Winnipeg Goldeyes’ Blue Cross Park near The Forks

What to Expect:

• Celebrate diversity, inclusion, and equality with Winnipeg School Division
• A float featuring a student DJ and this year's Pride T-shirt design winners
• WSD students and staff walking together in support of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities

How to Get Involved:

1. Walk with Us: Staff, students, and families are welcome to join behind the float
   Note: Families are responsible for supervising their children.
2. Show Your Spirit: Wear colourful clothes, WSD Pride T-shirts, bring banners or signs

Parade and WSD programming conclude at the Winnipeg Goldeyes Blue Cross Park near The Forks. All families must make their own arrangements for safe travels home or enjoy continued festivities at The Forks.

Remember to dress for the weather: hat, sunscreen, walking shoes, water bottle.
