Student Engagement

 

Student engagement is a chance for students to engage themselves by learning through activities, inquiry, reflections and project based learning. Student Engagement is about finding passion for learning through exposing students to new and exciting topics that suits their interests. Groups of students will work together once every 6 days a cycle for an afternoon of programming inside and outside of the school. Students also have a role in shaping this course for themselves. Student engagement is about passion for learning, asking questions and exploring the world around you outside of a traditional classroom. Classes will take place in a variety of locations including our library, the public library, on school grounds, and anywhere students need to be so that they can fully engage themselves by learning in a hands on environment.
