Music

Carpathia's music program helps students develop a love for music while building foundational skills that will serve them throughout their lives. In Music Class, students explore a variety of musical concepts, including rhythm, melody, harmony, dynamics, and form. Through a hands-on approach, students experience music through singing, playing instruments, moving to music, and listening to different styles and genres. The class focuses on creating a well-rounded musical education, where students not only develop their musical abilities but also enhance their creativity, coordination, and social skills.

Choir

Carpathia's Choir, for students in Grades 4 through 6, is an opportunity for young singers to explore the joy singing in a group. This choir is designed to nurture students' vocal development, teamwork, and musical expression as they build confidence and skills through singing.  There are opportunities to showcase their talent throughout the year, including the Winter Concert, assemblies, grade 6 Farewell and various out-of-school performances (differ year to year).
