Niji Mahkwa School Breakfast and Nutrition Program, headed by our Nutrition Coordinator Ms. Tracy Tardiff, and our Food Coordinator Ms. Barb Desmarais, together they plan weekly meals to be serve for the students. They make sure that kids will be eating nutritious foods and healthy snacks and keep them nourished.

This program is available to all students of Niji Mahkwa, and it comes at no costs to students and families. We would like to encourage all families to send your kids to school everyday and enjoy the healthy breakfast, and BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the day! So kids can focus more to their lessons and stay energized all day!  This is also one way to encourage them to be in school everyday.

Our program is an incredibly valuable resource for students & families. It guarantees that every student has the opportunity to begin their day with a wholesome breakfast and access to nourishing snacks throughout the day. We take great pride in having the necessary resources and an exceptional staff to drive this program forward, as we strive to nurture and strengthen our community.
