In February we participated in lots of reading challenges for I love to read month and even created our own books. In Social Studies, we are learning about other communities in Canada and focusing on Nunavut. In Math, we are continuing to learn about place value and gaining a deeper understanding of how many 1’s, 10’s, 100’s, and 1,000 are in a given number as well as adding and subtracting them. In Science, we are building structures to support our learning about simple machines.
